your own equipment and rent radio repeater service.
The Deal now in progress is, buy radios at $489.95 each installed into your
vehicle. Includes your choice of antenna.
Repeater service with unlimited talk time for $14.00 per month for one system.

You maintain your own system. The radio has a two year warranty excluding the
antenna system and power cable.
(If you are paying $50.00 a month for just PTT service from Nextel or others,

Rent the mobile radios, not including antenna system
for $34.95 per month each with unlimited talk time.
Your responsibility is to purchase and maintain the power cable, antenna system,
microphone
and pay for repair service calls. A defective radio unit will be repaired by B R
C.
After two years, Pay $29.00 for that radio and then pay only $14.00 a month for
Repeater Service.
The radio becomes your property and responsibility.
YOU WILL NEED A BASE STATION
A base station consists of a Radio, 12 volt power supply and an outdoor antenna
system.

Why Dispatch Two-Way Radio over "Celular"
1. Although their system covers a greater distance, our system covers a
greater area. For example on theirs you can talk to Buffalo, but can't talk to
places like Corrinth or Earlton. Our system, with a mobile unit, covers ALL
of the Capital District and then some.
2. A nice thing about their system is that it has a built in cellular
phone. Ours
doesn't. Nice feature but this could get expensive. The question is: Do your
employees need to use the phone or just talk to the office dispatcher to get
the
information needed to get the job done. Our existing customers realize the
value of cellular phones and that not all employees should have this function,
so the purchase of inexpensive cellular phones for selected employees is
the answer.
3. With our system your employees can talk to each other and the
dispatcher
at the same time, instead of wasting valuable time dialing and
button pushing.
All employees are in constant communications with the push
of a mic button.
This way if any one of your employees has knowledge of a situation,
they
can supply info right then, instead of calling each one individually... like
theirs.
With their system, if you had 15 units it would take you as much as
10 minutes
to contact each one to ask a simple question! With radio... in 30
seconds your done!
4. Dialing a cellular phone or pushing buttons and looking at a tiny screen
while
driving isn't the safest thing to be doing on our busy roads. With our
system
you set it and forget it. At most if you decide to use multi systems,
there is
only one button to push when entering a different area. Other
than that... Just
turn it on and go! The large LCD screen can be seen form several feet
away.
If you get a call... just pick up the mic from the hanger and
Push toTalk.
5. With our system you won't hear: My battery went dead, I couldn't find my
phone, I dropped it and it didn't work or I still can't find it.
With the radio
bolted into the vehicle there won't be any of that! Harnessing the
power
of the vehicle power system and an exterior antenna your system
will perform.
Another thing you won't hear is a busy signal because the person
you are
trying to call is on the phone with someone else. What you will
hear is everything
employees have to say, giving you complete control over your
business. On
there system your personnel can talk to each other without you
hearing them!

6. Now for cost comparison. Theirs is easy. $50.00 a month times the number
of units. Example: 10 units times $50.00= $500.00 + per month,
forever!
Now ours is a little more complicated, but worth the effort.
Example: To lease
10 radio units, $499.00 per unit times .04 (approximate 3 yr. lease %) =
$20.00
per unit times 10 = $200.00 per month. Now we have to add in the
repeater
service which is $14.00 (maximum charge). 20.00 + 14.00= $34.00 x
10 =
$340.00 per month vs. $500.00 per month. With our two-way radios there
are no minutes to worry about going over. We don't charge by the
minute!
That's not all... when the lease is paid off, your monthly
communications bill
will drop to $140.00. By the way, your radio has a
2 yr.
warranty on parts and
labor if brought to our shop for service. The warranty does not
cover antenna
