Motorola Warranty Processing Fee
Our nominal warranty processing fee represents an extra service provided to you, our valued customer, when you send your pager to us for Motorola warranty service. When your pager arrives at our facility, one of our technicians tests your pager, documents all noted failures and, if necessary, prepares your pager to be sent to the factory. Our goal is to repair any minor problems at our facility to shorten your time without your pager. If this is not possible, we process the required warranty paperwork, ship the pager to the factory and track the status of your pager while it is at the factory to ensure timely processing of your claim. Upon receipt from the factory, one of our technicians re-examines your pager to ensure that all documented problems have been corrected and that the pager is working to factory specifications. If we find that the problem was not corrected, we repeat this process until all documented problems have been resolved to ensure that you have a fully functional and reliable pager.
